Jordan’s career began in the spring of 2002 for what was supposed to be a short six-month period assisting a mortgage broker while transitioning to a new career. However, he quickly recognized that residential mortgage financing was his new career and has never looked back. Jordan fully immerses himself in the profession, educating himself in all the various investors/lenders as well as newest products and requirements to assist any client and scenario. Often tasked with transactions that other mortgage professionals cannot complete, Jordan has the skills and expertise to properly analyze, conceptualize and draft the mortgage application to receive a fast underwriting approval, commitment and ultimately closing/funding.
