The difference is Ken Whelan. Ken goes the extra mile for the client. He keeps cool under pressure and his eye on the goal (fighting for his customer). His wealth of knowledge, dedication to customer service, and leadership are why I chose to go with your company. No gimmicks, no catch phrases, no bull****, just advocacy for the client. I wish more people were as passionate about “what they do” as Ken is. Ken says he loves what he does for a living, so maybe that is the difference.
