I approached them with an extremely challenging set of circumstances of which I had already been told by multiple other lenders that they wouldn’t even consider my case. After a quick review, I was told that they could place it. It was a 2 month process and Mark, Sara and Rivky were extremely diligent and communicative the entire time. In the end, the mortgage was issued under very competitive terms. I have bought and sold 20+ properties over the years and worked with many mortgage brokers. I feel confident in saying that I will no longer work with anyone else.
