He explained to me in detail each document that was needed and what it was for, nothing went unexplained. Everytime we felt like we were stuck Mr.Webber found a way out and around it. Hertzka is always available no matter when and where. At some point when we dialed our phone the line didn't even start dialing and you could hear him on the other other side already. What stood out the most for us was the confidence we got knowing we are going through the right path. Hertzka is very professional he knows his stuff!
